By registering for this event, you agree to the following terms:

I agree to appear in one or more videos, films, photographs, or other audio and/or visual recordings (“Recordings”) created or to be created by or on behalf of Gloo, LLC (“Gloo”) and to allow my photograph, name, voice, image, video, likeness, and/or biographic materials (“Likeness”) be included in those Recordings. For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which I hereby acknowledge, acting on behalf of myself and my heirs, representatives, executors, beneficiaries, successors, and assigns, I agree to the terms of this License Agreement, Release, and Waiver (“Release”) with respect to the Recordings and the use of my Likeness in the Recordings. 

• I am at least 18 years of age and have the legal right and ability to sign this Release.

• I agree that, as between Gloo and me, Gloo shall have exclusive ownership of the Recordings and all intellectual property rights in the Recordings.

• I grant Gloo and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors, and assigns (the “Gloo Parties”) an absolute, perpetual and irrevocable right and permission throughout the world, to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, modify, and otherwise utilize my Likeness within any Recording, in whole or in part, either by itself or in conjunction with the Likeness of any others, in any form, format, or medium, whether now or hereafter devised, for the promotion, advertising, sales, marketing, or other lawful business purposes of Gloo. 

• I waive any moral rights or other rights I may hold in my Likeness necessary for Gloo to obtain the full use and benefit of my Likeness in the Recordings. 

• I agree that Gloo is not required to make use of my Likeness in any Recording or to permit me to inspect or approve my Likeness or any Recording. 

• I release and waive, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Gloo Parties, from and against, any claims, demands, losses, damages, or liabilities, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, future or contingent, with respect to any claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising from my participation in any Recording or the inclusion of my Likeness in any Recording. To the full extent permitted by law, I further waive and release any claim I may have against Gloo with respect to its use of any Recording or my Likeness, including, without limitation, claims of defamation, libel, slander, or invasion of privacy. 

• I am voluntarily signing this Release in return for the opportunity to participate in the Recordings and I agree that I am not entitled to receive any royalties or other financial compensation for the use of my Likeness or any Recording. 

• Gloo may freely assign, in whole or in part, any of its rights or obligations under this Release.

This Release includes the entire agreement between me and Gloo regarding the Recordings and Gloo’s use of my Likeness in any Recording and replaces any current or former agreements or understandings between me and Gloo regarding the use of my Likeness in any Recording. No modification or amendment of this Release will be valid or enforceable unless in writing and signed by both me and Gloo. This Release shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes relating to this Release shall be resolved solely by the state and federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
