By submitting your testimonial online using Gloo’s Testimonial Collection Form (“Form”), you ("Customer") agree to the following terms with Gloo, LLC , a Delaware limited liability company (“Company”) with its principal place of business at 831 Pearl Street, Boulder, CO.

1. Legal Age and Authority

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If submitting on behalf of an organization, you certify you have the appropriate authority to do so and to grant Gloo any necessary rights on behalf of your organization.

2. Grant of Rights

You hereby grant Gloo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right and license to use, publish, reproduce, distribute, display, and publicly perform your testimonial, including your name, likeness, voice, company/organization name, logo and any other attributes provided in connection with your testimonial (collectively, the “Testimonial”), in whole or in part, for any lawful commercial purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, publicity, and promotional materials, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed. 

3. Voluntary Submission

You affirm that you are voluntarily submitting your Testimonial to Gloo and that no compensation or incentive (unless otherwise stated) has been promised or provided for its use.

4. Accuracy of Testimonial

You affirm that the content of your Testimonial reflects your honest opinion, experience, and belief, and that you have not made any misleading or false statements. You further agree to notify us if any part of your Testimonial becomes inaccurate or misleading.

5. Privacy and Data Rights

Gloo agrees to process any personal information you provide in your Testimonial in compliance with the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) and other applicable privacy laws. We will not sell your personal information and will use reasonable security measures to protect it. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, subject to certain limitations under law.

6. Revocation and Removal

You may revoke this license by submitting a written request to gloolegal@gloo.us, in which case the Company will, within a reasonable time, cease using your Testimonial in future materials. However, materials already published or in production may not be withdrawn.

7. No Obligation to Use

Gloo is under no obligation to use your Testimonial and reserves the right to edit it for clarity or length, provided such edits do not materially misrepresent your message.
